As popular as it seems, it definitely delivers and meets the expectation when you taste the coffee.
Kyoto Latte is creamy and sweet, giving an impression of macadamia. The foam is well executed, really adding a creamy feel to the coffee.
The location is excellent. Once you receive the coffee, you can enjoy the great view of Arashiyama.

The only flaw would be the waiting time. Whether you are there in the morning or in the afternoon, you should expect a waiting time of 15 minutes or more. Is it worth the wait? I think it's definitely worth a try.

The cafe interior is very tight and therefore sometimes you'd find yourself stuck in between people. But there are plenty of things to look at while you're in there.
If it weren't for people, the atmosphere would have been even better.

Good coffee place continently located in the middle of bamboo forest and the monkey park. Expect to wait in line 45-50minutes before you get to order, and wait additional 15-20minutes to get your coffee.

Nice exterior and interior, see through glass was unique to view while waiting in line.

One of the great nicest Arabica coffee shops to stop by for drinks and for the views of Katsura River. Just know that there isn't a place to sit inside unless you pay ¥1000 for 30 minutes to sit at their mini balcony for a little privacy room. When we got there, a big party was just about to leave and I asked if we could go and sit there since it was raining. My mom and I wanted to just relax and soak the views all in since we walked around all day and wanted to rest. It's not a bad spot to be but I wouldn't pay for more than 30 minutes at the coffee shop.
