My youngest and I love trying new burger places. This one did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional. It takes a while to get the burgers, but that’s because they are made fresh, which is great. They come in little baking pans, instead of plates, so your food is contained and not sliding all over the place. The burgers were great. My 8 year old devoured hers. I had the spicy burger. It wasn’t that spicy, but it had a little kick to it.
I took off one star for two things. No utensils. I know it’s a burger place, but as I picked up my burger to put it in the paper sleeve (to keep the juices from dripping on your clothes), some of the insides fell out into my tray. It was the sauce. I had to use my fingers to pick it up. I just wish there was an option of a small spoon or something to use. Also, the music was a bit loud. I felt I had to shout to talk to my daughter. For a small place, I felt the music should have been turned down a notch or too.
