The location of the store is easy to find, but since the storefront blends into the city, it may be easy to overlook it at night.
The course consists of one rotation during the day and two rotations at night.

I asked for pairing.
In a good sense, it's a dish that doesn't have a lot of quirks, or rather, it's the kind of food that people don't like very much, so I think it would be good for a small gathering of acquaintances.
Also, since only one group is served at a time, you can eat without worrying about the people around you, so it is also recommended for those who want to relax.

I heard that there was a bread pairing course, so I attended a weekday evening session starting at 8:30pm.
As a side note, there is seating for up to 6 people. If you have 5 or more people, it is possible to rent it out for a whole day, so you can ask the restaurant.
Mr. 3104 (Satoshi), the name of the restaurant, will be working until the end of September, but from October 1st, Mr. Holly will be in the kitchen. The concept of this store will remain unchanged. Even though Satoshi is gone, the name of the shop will be Pantos by 3104.

This time, in addition to the bread pairing, I also asked for a non-alcoholic drink pairing. The non-alcoholic pairing costs 6,600 yen, and the alcoholic pairing costs just over 10,000 yen.

Item 8 - Poisson
I think the charcoal-grilled hairtail was not grilled while smoking, but grilled over smoked charcoal so that the smoked aroma was transferred only to the skin.
The sauce is sabayon sauce, and the vegetables are eggplant.
The bread was soft and fluffy with white lemon and potatoes inside.
The jasmine tea with orange peel brought out the scent of the cutlass fish.

Basically, each group operates twice. It is said that there is a maximum of 6 people per group, but in that case, it seems that only one rotation is possible. Since the chef works on a one-time basis, there may be some delays if there are a lot of people, but there were only two of us when we visited, so there was no problem at all. Customer satisfaction is very high due to courteous customer service.
``I don't really like bread that much,'' says the chef with a laugh, and the delicious bread and French cuisine served at the same time is truly delicious. I was very satisfied!
I want to go again! A famous restaurant that I would like to visit every month if I could make a reservation.

The full-course bread course and the dishes prepared by the French chef that focused on bread were all exceptional and insanely delicious.
Dinner is limited to one group per day, so it may be difficult to make a reservation, but if you love bread, I think it's worth giving it a try.

I'm also curious about the bakery for lunch. Curry bread seems to be popular and has been featured in the media.

The delicious food went well with the wine, and after the champagne, we had two white wines and two red wines.

Herbal tea is the perfect accompaniment to dessert.
Contains mint, thyme, bay leaf, lemongrass, and apple slices.
I like the slight sweetness.
