It’s a fancy Monja (liquid savory pancake) restaurant in the heart of Roppongi. Monja suppose to be a cheap food but this restaurant makes it a fancy food by adding rich ingredients. I actually preferred their side dishes than the main Monja.

Wide selection with interesting choices of monjya yaki! Also had sake with dashi which was a first for me! Food was delicious and they took time to help us cook the monjya! Highly recommend the ankimo with your drinks!

This was my first time eating Monjayaki. The shop felt like the real Japan and the staff was very helpful. The food and drinks were great too. Highly recommended.

The store is cozy and luxurious.
I visited around 8:30 on a weekday evening and was able to eat without waiting. Since the soybean paste shrimp was sold out, I ordered pollack roe (monja), but it was saltier than I expected and not as tasty as I expected. Yakisoba is quite edible. You must pay a table setting fee (300 yen per person) and order one drink per person. The staff were generally friendly and the atmosphere of the store was very nice.
