Goemiyo Aichi 2023・[3 Tocks] (15/20 points)
Lunch course: 7,700 yen + 10% service charge
(Until November. 8800 + sa from December)
For drinks, there is a lunch-only 2-glass set of rosé wine for 1,980 yen. Perfect for someone like me who doesn't drink much.
Innovative products include novel combinations of various ingredients, so I get excited about new flavors.
The amuse is cute and gets me excited.
A gentle and delicate flavor overall.
I prefer seafood dishes to be a little more salty, but I felt that the combination with the vegetables was very good and brought out the flavor of the dish.
It was a very satisfying lunch, delicious and beautiful right down to the dessert.

I visited for the lunch course.
The creative combinations were fresh and enjoyable. The sommelier was very friendly and made me want to visit him again. I really liked the canelé and amber sugar on the small sweets plate. It was delicious.

Starting with 5 types of amuse-bouche, I was very satisfied with the many beautiful dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, and the tableware and atmosphere of the restaurant were all very good.
Each dish is prepared one by one, with delicate flavors, presentation, combinations of ingredients, cutting methods, and cooking methods. It's delicious! It was a series of surprises and excitement.
When I went to Nagoya, I was happy to find a restaurant that I would definitely like to eat at again.
