Delicious Spanish food! Spectacular service and friendly staff. Set menu and good pricing. The wine was amazing. We will definitely come back to this dining experience with unique, delicious food from Basque. Reservation only for lunch.

Ole! This was incredible food. Only 16 seats so be sure to make a reservation. The food and the wine was perfect. A 10+ minute walk from Shibuya Hachiko-mae exit, but worth the walk. Such a variety of tastes and selecting the wines that match the dishes was better than choosing a bottle. Worth revisiting.

I visited on my day off for lunch with a friend.
It was a very delicious Basque dish.
The glass of wine he recommended was also very delicious, making for a fulfilling lunch.
The service was prompt and prompt, asking for refills of wine and bread as soon as we finished the last bite.
This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.
    Thank you for the meal.

Each plate features the main ingredient,
It is a luxury to be able to enjoy #seabasque #mountainbasque, which is unique to a land rich in delicacies from the mountains and sea.

Each plate was paired with Basque and Spanish wines selected by the sommelier.

Duck foie gras boiled with Armagnac is topped with white truffles,
Serve with Madeira wine. The concentrated scent is complex, delicate and carefully layered.

Bacalao pil pil is a Basque specialty.
Along with a small spear squid. Delicious with the sweetness of corn.

Layering Basque #Quintoa pork ham on quail breast,
Roasted lamb back is served with fresh fruit tomatoes for a summery flavor.
The paella is topped with conger eel and accented with piquillo and chorizo.

    The last bite,
    Even the cacao nib ganache.
With the nuances of Espelette (chili pepper) and Armagnac, I was able to fully immerse myself in the deep gastronomy.:*+
