Spanish-style food with Japanese ingredients. Standard menu includes: kohada "pinxto", paella (depending on season, might be hotaru ika, sanma, or kegani), gambas al ajillo (+shirako in fall), iberico croqueta done harumaki-style, iberico consomme, and grilled steak. Vegetable and fish courses change with the seasons.
Highly recommended to sub the"tartare" for the steak if possible.
Execution and ingredients are good, but CP is debatable. With drinks, meal is easily over 50k JPY which I guess reflects the fact that bookings are more or less impossible.

One of my favorite restaurants in whole Japan. Azuma san is so talented and everything is so delicious. I have been at least 10 times.
