Good-looking town Chinese food! !
Is it a shopping district? It was along a nice narrow road!
I wonder if the parent and child are doing this together?
Regular customers are snacking and drinking from noon, which is really nice 👍👍👍
Gyoza skin, chewy✨
I would like it if it was cooked a little more
Is fried rice just like old-fashioned Naruto? Kamaboko? It's carved into it◯
Hiyashi chuka has traditional ingredients◎
I like roast ham instead of chashu!
It was delicious✨
I want to go there next time to try some katsutoji!
I want to eat omelet rice too! ! !
Thank you for the meal🙏✨

A town Chinese restaurant that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era.
My aunt and her husband used to run a popular restaurant in Osaka, so I felt nostalgic.
I ordered ramen and fried rice, and the ramen tasted like The Chinese Soba, and the fried rice was also delicious.
The menu is ¥100 cheaper than other restaurants!
There are about 20 seats, and it gets crowded at noon, so it's best to arrive at 11:30.
The price is ¥800 for ramen and half fried rice.
Ramen and fried rice cost ¥1200
As mentioned in other people's comments, tanmen certainly has a very weak taste.
If you're looking for tanmen, it's best to avoid it.
The ramen has a strong flavor and is delicious.

I went to Staminaen, which is a big name for Yakiniku in town. I will write a separate review, but after that, I stopped by this restaurant to refresh my palate.
It's right in front of Staminaen, and although there aren't many people lining up, it's a quaint Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood.
This time I ordered the following:
▼Half fried rice ramen
A soup with a taste of dried sardines.
I think it's a soup stock made with pork bones and seafood. The soup is light and doesn't have much pork fat or animal fat.
It has a strong flavor with the sharpness of soy sauce.
I recommend adding shichimi and vinegar to add richness and depth, making it even more delicious.
Enjoy the glossy medium-thick noodles.
The fried rice was honestly a little weird.
What about seasoning that only tastes like the ingredients? Maybe just a little salt? It's completely unsatisfactory.
It's good that there are so many ingredients, but I wish they had more seasoning. It gets boring in your mouth and it's tough at the end.
▼Gyoza
Strong chive and garlic.
It's perfectly delicious.
That's it.
Neither good nor bad.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, as it was a store I was able to visit because I came to this location.
Thank you for the meal.
I'll come back later.

I'm the type of person who wants to eat my favorite food last.
Half-chan ramen too
A style where the last bite is the delicious one.
What is half-chan ramen?
Which is unfortunate,
That's my image.
Of course, there are patterns in which both are bad.
The only high level of both is Ginza-tei.
However, this store only costs 800 yen.
They make super high-quality half-chan ramen.
To be honest, I'm having trouble deciding which one to take as my last bite.
ramen.
Is this the antithesis of the modern, evolved ramen world?
No, it's been around for a long time, so it's actually true.
This is ramen. I can't help but think so.
For me, who has been craving new ramen
It's so delicious that you'll never forget it.
Definitely one of the best ramen I've had in recent years.
Because it's the ultimate normal.
Fried rice.
What a big size. amount.
Half-fried rice looks like luxurious fried rice.
It's not a fake.
It's relatively oily, but so what?
The taste and seasoning are outstanding.
The ingredients have a strong taste
I can't stop being happy.
Good, too good.
It's hard that it's not an easy distance to go to.
I'm jealous of the people who live nearby.
Thank you for the meal,
I want to say thank you.
Impressed!

It's my first time here. So, it might just be that tanmen just didn't suit my taste. The taste is bland...or rather, it doesn't have any taste at all. Maybe I forgot to put something in.
Fried rice is pretty average. What I make is different from what I make.
