Afuri Ebisu Review Summary

The lightest, freshest noodles! I live in Japan and I love coming here or to one of their other locations. Would recommend the summer special if they still have it. Note that it’s cashless but you can pay with a train card eg pasmo Suica etc. You also sit at a bar, not a table.

First store open since 2003 of the iconic ramen. Definitely worth to try their yuzu clear soup.

Unique ramen/tsukemen concept that’s very tasty! I had the yuzu dipping noodles which were light & delicious.

I’ve ordered 2x ramen sets via Uber eats but they provided only one set. No take away option is available and they force you to buy via Uber Eats with the higher cost. Extremely disappointed. The worst service in the world.

Right next to the eibisu station, open until very late night..

Great balance between the Shio base soup and the Amount of yuzu they serve.

You can add some toppings and the combo with the charred char siu rice was so tasty.

You can also select which noodles tiny you prefer.

They also have a vegan ramen worth the chance to taste
