Rich creamy broth with a great hit of black pepper. It's a heavy broth with perfectly cooked homemade ramen noodles. The pork is crusted with black pepper which gives a hint of Western roast flavors to the dish.
The only point of the dish that was of connection to me was why the egg was just boiled and not marinated. Maybe the flavour profiles would have clashed but even then once the egg has soaked in the broth it was a great break from the flavours between each bite.
If you are visiting the area I would highly recommend trying their ramen and then going down the road to the ice cream parlor for dessert.

The Ramen was good.
The broth was on the thicker side.
The meat had a pepper coating, which was a pleasant suprise.
There was a bit of a wait to get food, but it was definitely worth it.
The shop is a bit stuffy due to the size but the overall atmosphere is good.
I would recommend it.

Best ramen I've gotten in a long time. Service was exceptional and they're really good at guiding us to show us how to use the screen you use to order the food. Also really simple food but tastes great.
