Aight aight aight I think this place gets too much flak on reviews, making it pretty underrated. I see that a lot of the distaste comes from what people mention to be chashu being half-cooked, I don't think this is the case at all it just appears to be cus of how they cooked it and I think this is a shop that is the most generous on giving you a lot of chashu for not a lot of extra cost.

For me, this place is convenient, delicious, filling and has very nice employees, what more could you ask for in a regular ramen shop you visit?

Give it a chance and try going multiple times if you can. When I was not a regular, I also thought the ramen was just okay and maybe a 3/5 at best, but after going more often I come to appreciate it a lot more. Also try to add the condiments that they have on the table into the ramen, it adds to the flavour a lot. That is all, just give it a real chance, you can check my profile to see that I go to a lot of ramen place, and I wouldn't really be forgiving of actual bad ramen places, and this place is certainly not even close to being bad. Is it the most amazing ramen you'll ever eat? Perhaps not, but it is GOOD.

The noodles were thick like pasta, and the chashu was spicy and tasted like pork steak.
The noodles were thick, so the thick soup coated them well and was delicious. The char siu didn't have a meaty smell, and it was very filling.
It was also helpful that even though we suddenly went with a large number of people, they were willing to accommodate us.

It's been 3 or 4 years since I last visited there during the ``Kazaguruma'' era.
The location is perfect, just a few dozen seconds walk from Keifuku Kitano Hakubaicho Station. I think the cost of coin parking is also relatively cheap in the city.

Although he was a one-time customer, he was very attentive to customers, explaining the menu and recommending products. It may be nothing, but when you feel good about your meal, it makes you want to come back again.

"Urutora Tsukemen Medium"

The surprisingly rich dipping sauce has a wild and strong impact on both pork bones and seafood. Although it has a high concentration and viscosity and is heavy, you will still be overwhelmed by the strength of its attraction that makes you want to dip your noodles in dobo pickles.
Therefore, the flat noodles are thin and the texture seems light, and the flavor does not leave a lasting impression in front of the rich dipping sauce, making it feel a little taken away.
With the rich dipping sauce and 300g of noodles in the middle, it's quite filling, and there's nothing to say about feeling full.
In the second half, the taste may seem monotonous, so adding a splash of pepper oil is the perfect accent. However, this flavored oil has a very strong taste, so I think you only need a small amount.
