A puffer fish restaurant in Tokyo that is extremely difficult to reserve.
To say the least, the concept of pufferfish cuisine will change.

What impressed me was the pufferfish's head.
The pufferfish sashimi is cut a little thicker than usual and has a springy texture with just the right amount of crunch, and the red bean liver sauce that goes with it is a perfect match!
Fried shrimp with tartar sauce, Garigari-kun with soda flavor, and puffer fish with red bean liver sauce.
This is such a great match!

The deep-fried puffer fish has a crispy coating and a fluffy body.
It's so juicy that it feels like you're stuffing your mouth with chicken, which is also the best.

It is difficult to get a reservation, but it is a famous restaurant that I would like to visit again as soon as I can.


From Roppongi Station, go to the ground level and head towards Sanchome. As you walk through the narrow alleys, there are shops that give you a sense of nostalgia. An izakaya that has been around for a long time. It is said that this restaurant with such an atmosphere sells outstanding Fugu.
