3 minutes walk from Shintomicho Station!
I visited [Ajiyuki]'s store!
This is a new and highly anticipated Japanese restaurant that opened in October last year.
General Minami, who trained at the legendary famous restaurant ``Kyomi'' and his sibling ``Ajihiro'' which also has a shop in Shintomicho, finally decided to become independent.
There are only 6 counter seats in the store.
It has a clean, calm and luxurious feel, but is also strangely comfortable.
Is this because it is of the Kyoto flavor lineage?
It is wonderful.
One course is ¥30,000
You can enjoy simple and exquisite Japanese food that is not fancy.
Below are the contents and impressions received on this day.
★Kasujiru
★Butterfly crab, conger eel sushi, duck loin, sweet and sour crab rolls, yolk vinegar, mini radish pickled in konawata
★Sesame tofu
★Simmered koro (fried whale skin fat) and mizuna
★Kobe Tsuiyama crab
★Chawanmushi of puffer fish milt
★Fried bamboo shoots Wakasa guji
★Sashimi sea bream and red shellfish

General Minami says, ``How do you interpret your past experiences?''
True to his words, there were many wonderful dishes that adhered to the teachings of the famous restaurant, but also had a unique approach that was unique to Ajiyuki.
The sesame tofu with its plump texture and rich flavor, the chawanmushi made with milt, which is synonymous with winter, and the nutritious Yodo daikon radish were particularly impressive.
And the rice to finish!
In addition to the oyster rice filled with large oysters, we also enjoyed the legendary kelp melted rice, also known as Rosanjin rice.
In particular, the melted rice with kelp has an amazingly concentrated flavor, and is so delicious that you'll want to order more and more!
We had a wonderful time!
I'm looking forward to more and more [Ajiyuki] from now on.
We are looking forward to seeing you again next time.
It was a feast.
