Followed from the review and very enjoy it! I ordered oyster bowl which is the best meal so far in Tokyo. The atmosphere in restaurant is nice and comfy. Service is excellent too despite the queue. Might be a bit struggle for foreigners as there is no english available but google trans will help. Worth every penny!

Nestled in an unassuming place, they serve an excellent Japanese teishoku or set meal such as grilled fish, fried chicken, fried fish, soy marinated sashimi tuna, deep fried oysters. I chose the king of teishoku -grilled salted mackerel with a side order of deep fried oysters. Teishoku comes with miso soup, pickles and ohitashi (vegetables with dashi). The fish was grilled to perfection with a crisp skin and the oysters were nice and crispy. Great warm and friendly service run by husband and wife. They open from 10am!

A lovely local lunch place run by a friendly couple. The food and service is amazing. I try to visit at least every couple of weeks as itâs definitely the best grilled mackarel I found in Tokyo. Also, the mushroom soup that you get as a side dish is even better than the one my mom makes!
