Akihabara Rāmen Waizu Reviews

Nice tsukemen-dipping noodles and ramen restaurant, near Akihabara and Suehirocho station.
Soup is very thick, featuring pork bone, chicken broth and kombu-kelp. It's full of umami and a bit spicy.
Thick and springy noodle goes with the soup well. You can choose amount from 200g/300g/400g at the same price.
When you finished the first half of the noodle, you can add seasonings (lemon juice, black pepper, garlic paste, etc.) to enjoy how the taste changes.
Chashu-roasted pork is great. It is not fully cooked as usual, thus texture is soft, juicy and chewy.
Price is acceptable. Cash only.

Great selection of model trains on 5F. The staff helped me find an obscure tiny piece to repair a model, and tested every light and motor on others I bought. HO, N and even Z gauge dioramas in stock.

The monday special tsukumen ramen was the best thing ever!
