I had tried most of the ramen in Kyoto, this is one of my favourite. Afternoon and night is operate by different people, afternoon is the best time to go.(cheaper and more Delicious and less waiting time) I would say this is a must try if you are around the area.

On this day, just as I was thinking about going somewhere in the afternoon, I received a notification that the place would be open.
I quickly prepared and headed to Ichijoji.
When we arrived, there were about 5 people waiting outside.
I connected to the last line and waited for about 20 minutes before entering the store.
The soup of the day was ``Muro, Half & Half, Smooth''.
I ordered "Half & Half" of "Nami Ramen".
After a while, the rice bowl arrived~

The animal-based soup has a rough texture on the tongue, and even though it's called half-and-half, it has a thick viscosity and a very rich taste!

The noodles are medium thick straight noodles. Anyway, the soup goes well with the noodles!
I ate it thinking it was a lot of noodles, but when I looked it up later, it turned out to be 180g!

Both types of chashu, thick-sliced stewed pork and thinly-sliced hanging grilled pork, are both delicious and quite filling!
Oh my, it was delicious!
