    A calm hideaway for adults.
There are not many menu items, but each item is unique.
Original combination of ingredients beyond imagination
I'm coming! The homemade bread served in between is crunchy on the outside, chewy and dense on the inside, and unsalted.
The olive oil served is fruity and a hidden gem! My favorite is risotto.
They are made with seasonal ingredients, and in January they were oysters and shungiku. The rice is hard, the oysters are plump, and the bittersweet garland chrysanthemum goes well with the cold winter and wine. Cheers to being an adult! It was.
The staff are kind and the wine selection is good.
The seats were comfortable, so we talked for three hours.
There I was... The food also comes out slowly.
Highly recommended if you have the time and money.

    Feels warm yet distant
Enjoy great customer service and delicious food.
Rather than having a good time, please spend time with your loved ones.

Had lunch for my mother's birthday.
Reservations were required and we were the only ones there that day, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace.

The portions of the course were not too large and were just enough to fill me up.
I like vegetables, so the appetizer platter was very delicious.

    ・Assorted appetizers
・Pasta (select from several types including risotto)
    ・Main (select from several types)
    ・Dessert

When I asked for a birthday plate in advance,
My mother was very happy with the surprise of the dessert platter, flowers, and plate.

The staff at the store were very polite and I was able to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time.
Next time, I would like to visit you in the evening to enjoy wine.

■Risotto with red shrimp, broccoli, and pistachio paste

This is an Italian restaurant located at the north exit of Machida Station.
It's often fully booked, and I gave up twice because it was full. This time, it was a weekday, and the store was open even when I called last minute, so I was able to enter the store.

Everything on the menu was large enough to be shared between two people, and I was informed that it could be made into 2/3rds, so I ordered 2/3rds.
Everything from smoked mackerel to red sea bream to pistachio paste risotto was delicious and exquisite.

I visited for dinner on a weekday.
The food is simple and delicious, made with good ingredients and the cooking that takes advantage of the unique Italian ingredients. This time I ordered à la carte, but it's nice that even à la carte you can enjoy courses from antipasto to piatto to dolce. The white wine I received was also very delicious.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of Machida.
