An incredible multi-course lunch at this long established high-end institution. Everything was executed to the highest degree with impeccable service. I also love the ristorante ambiance although situated in the basement -very classic ristorante. Highly recommended.

Chef Kataoka went around greeting each table. The friendly and gentle person I had seen on TV even showed me off, and I was moved by his hospitality.
I ordered a full course, and among them, the cold cappellini with carrot mousse, fresh sea urchin, consommé jelly, and fruit tomato was very delicious, with a rich but refreshing taste. Every dish was delicious and I enjoyed every drop of the sauce.
