An incredible multi-course lunch at this long established high-end institution. Everything was executed to the highest degree with impeccable service. I also love the ristorante ambiance although situated in the basement -very classic ristorante. Highly recommended.

V delicious italian food with excellent service, our host Mr. Yu was very helpful and arrange excellent quantity and quality food.

A restaurant run by Chef Kataoka, who supervised the Blue Cave Pasta Sauce Series. He also appeared on Iron Chef.
Since it's located in Nishi-Azabu, I expected it to be flashy, but now that his son has taken over the business, he's working hard to keep it a family-run business.
The food is simple and classic Japanese-Italian. The dishes and presentation are beautiful, making use of seasonal ingredients. The price is also reasonable.
It's an Italian restaurant that you'll want to visit regularly.

I had a wedding reception there 39 years ago, and the excitement of the taste, service, and atmosphere came back to me.
Everything is of a high standard and you can spend a meaningful time. Personally, I give it a perfect score.

Chef Kataoka went around greeting each table. The friendly and gentle person I had seen on TV even showed me off, and I was moved by his hospitality.

I ordered a full course, and among them, the cold cappellini with carrot mousse, fresh sea urchin, consommé jelly, and fruit tomato was very delicious, with a rich but refreshing taste. Every dish was delicious and I enjoyed every drop of the sauce.
