This place offers many of snacks and desserts. It's not very busy when I visited in the morning. My favorites are 羊羹, したたり餅, and the bean pot (豆壺).

Combine French modern technique with traditional Japanese treats. Famous for all kinds of preserved sweets and candies. Love how they done with the heritage house and warehouse. Truly one of a kind place to visit!

I chose the Warabi mochi menu which is served on the 2nd floor. Very soft mochi and lovely tea. Comes with English instructions. Lovely experience. Staff are friendly.

About 10 to 15 minutes by bus from Kanazawa Station. Amanatto specialty store located in Nishichaya District. It's not sold at Kanazawa Station or Tokyo, so you can only buy it online or by going to a store. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and as I love beans, I ate everything...

Translated from Japanese:

Amanatto specialty store located in Nishichaya District. There is a nice and relaxing cafe attached. The second floor wasn't open, so we had a cafe in the courtyard. This is also quiet and the stove warms your mind and body. If the season is good, you can even go outside...
