They have Michelin guide label which I think for their gyoza, and I agrre their suigyoza (wet dumpling?) is one of the best I've had! Not only that, but I feel their menus are not Japanese style which is a good experience personally to get out of Japanese food comfort. Their soboro is especially has a very unexpected shape and is unexpectedly good! Then also their mapo tofu is more like the China / Hongkong Chinese style rather than Japanese, which again I appreciate.
Delicious food and I'd recommend!

Visited at lunch time 1pm~ / card acceptable
The inside has 6 seats with a table for four and it was fully seated so I was waiting for 10mins.
I think some people come alone so the seat should be available soon.
The food was served not very fast I was expecting it should be fast but it's okay. The dumplings are shaped like Korean mandu not Chinese gyoza.
The four flavors were really tasty and juicy!
They use hatomugi which is kind of wheat and good for health and also comes with soup and flavory pork rice. Delicious!

Slightly unique, boiled dumpling/水餃子 focused restaurant in Yoyogi Uehara.
Just close to the station, less than 3min and always a bit busy, but the foods are really really healthy and tasty. Four different dumplIngs, simmered pork, noodles, veggies and many other appetizers. First commers had better try their signature dumplings😉
They also serve some alchol and to-go options including frozen dumplings!

The best meal I've had after a week in Japan, highly recommend.
Homemade cola was delicious and unique.
The Mabo-han teishoku set meal was incredible!
Not to mention the chicken coriander coconut dumplings which had such a delicious flavor

This is a Chinese hole in the wall kind of restaurant which specializes in gyoza. They use a special type of whole grains from barley for the skin of the gyoza, and the rice is also mixed with this barley, commonly called Job’s tears.
The pork is simmered in star anise, with fermented and pickled wood ear mushrooms and ginger.
With many of these herbal and healthy ingredients, the dishes taste fantastic and healthy. I always love coming here for a quick meal when I’m in the area.
