The strangest omakase I have had in Japan. Very good fugu dish but only two sushi for a very pricey course. The turtle soup has a very strange medicine taste to it too. Not for the faint of heart.

What a fantastic experience. 8 seats, 2 chefs and a whole lot of fresh fish. Mr MasterChef is a lovely chap who only cares about your experience and loves to share a glass of Japanese champagne. Do it, no regrets, I promise!

The general’s character is really scary✨
There is no doubt that it is delicious, but I felt that the general was even more famous ☺️
It's a shop you'll want to come back to again 🍣

They have a variety of ingredients and can be enjoyed with alcohol. The interior is bright and clean. However, it's a lot closer to 3 stars than 4 stars.
The taste of white rice vinegar and sushi rice is normal. It's a bite-sized nigiri, and it doesn't have a loose texture, probably because the shari balls don't contain much air.
The plates, presentation, and colors are normal. Perhaps because of the policy of not using seasonings, there is something lacking in the appearance. I would have liked the conger eel and eel to have been freshly grilled, fragrant and hot.
The owner is always smiling and cheerful, so the atmosphere in the shop is very nice. However, it bothers me that I work while drinking all the time. Although it's a good restaurant, the balance of flavors and the roughness of the nigiri (handles) are not outstanding, but is it because of the alcohol? That's what I thought.
