Arossa Shibuya Review Summary

Great restaurant away from the busy center of Shibuya station. Excellent food and wine list. Service was spot on and friendly without being too intrusive. 10/10 highly recommend to go. I think a booking is essential.

I know this Arossa Shibuya from her sister restaurant: Arossa Ginza (New Zealand), so decided to host lunch birthday party here for my dear Australian friend here.
What can be better than taking him “home” to Australia, taking few glasses of champagne 🥂 and wine and get to try kangaroo 🦘 meat for the first ever in my life? (Very we’ll recommended though)
Intimate atmosphere at secluded nooks at second floor and maitre d knows the food and wine pairings well.

Bonus tips: try their lunch course and add yourself some oysters to start with!

Great Australian restaurant with great service as the head waiter was attentive and authentic in his understanding of the wines and in facilitating a great dinner experience. Tried uncommon meats (ostrich carpaccio, croc fritters, kangaroo steak) and they might a tad pricey for how it tastes. Worth a try nonetheless.

Good selection of wines, good staffs, good service. Price is little expensive, but the quality of the food exceeds the price!
