After gaining experience, I opened ars on April 2021.
I went on a weekday around 18:30. There was one group of customers.
I called about 30 minutes ago and...
I cannot accommodate the course.
There are vacancies for a la carte.
Actually, the course was good, but I went there.
There are several table seats and counter seats inside the store.
Today at the table.
The interior is stylish and modern.
Below is what I received today.
✔︎Smoked duck and grape salad (1280 yen)
It has a nice smoked aroma.
I'm happy that the amount of duck meat was more than I expected.
Walnut oil is added as an accent.
Grapes are in the salad
It's quite rare, but it fits well.

Bourguignon butter (1100 yen)
I was confused about Ajillo, but here it is.
By combining it with bourguignon butter
The shellfish stands out like escargot.
The aroma of butter and garlic whets the appetite.

I had dinner with my wife on Friday evening.
I made a reservation in advance for a course that cost approximately 10,000 yen (tax and service charge included), including a meal and two glasses of wine.
The restaurant has two tables for four people and four seats at the counter, and we were shown to a table.
Below are the meals we received.
◯Salad
◯Appetizer: Marinated mushrooms, pork pate, cod frites
The marinated mushrooms had a nice accent of pink pepper.
The pork patty had just the right amount of salt and was delicious.
◯ Mio Chicken Stewed in Mushroom Cream
The chicken was juicy and the cream sauce soaked up well and was delicious. The sauce itself was delicious.
◯Kinmedai
The mushroom flavored sauce was also delicious. Not only the golden sea bream, but also the lightly cooked vegetables such as daikon radish, okra, and mushrooms were delicious.
◯Kagoshima Prefecture Kuroge Wagyu Beef Ichibo
The meat was tender, flavorful, and delicious. It was also well-cooked. The red wine sauce was delicious.
◯Basque cheesecake, chocolate cake
Both cakes were delicious and not too sweet.
We had glasses of Bordeaux Cremant, German Riesling, and Médoc Cabernet Merlot. Everything went well with the food and was delicious. We also received carbonated water (Sanpere).
The restaurant was operated solely by the chef. I received a thorough explanation and service.
The total bill for the two of us was about 22K yen (tax included). To be able to offer such high quality food and wine at this price was a great value for money and I was very satisfied.

I went to ars.
This shop is located 3 minutes from Ningyocho Station, tucked away in a back street.
The interior of the store is bright and stylish.
On this day, we had 9 courses.
The first item is pate de campagne.
When I opened the package, it was a patty sandwiched between bagels!
The fragrantly baked bagel has a chewy texture.
It goes perfectly with the sticky and rich patty. I really like this.
Next is the appetizer.
Horse meat tartare, fresh onions and hairy crab have a rich flavor.
This dish uses white asparagus, but the visuals are surprising!
Speaking of white asparagus, it is eaten as is without cutting it.
I thought it was standard to enjoy it with soft-boiled eggs, but...
A luxurious dish that combines white asparagus, sea urchin, and lobster jelly.
Hmm, this is irresistibly delicious...
Foie gras is sticky, creamy and rich in flavor.
And the lobster is served in a pie wrap.
The crispy and fragrant texture of the pie and the flavor of the lobster are irresistible.
The main dish is beautifully grilled Ezo deer.
The more you chew, the more the taste of the meat becomes more intense.
Refreshing botanical yogurt.
The herbs are refreshing.
Enjoy Yukimi Daifuku for adults after your meal!
A dessert for adults with plenty of strawberries and truffles and cacao.
At the end, relax with coffee and baked goods.
Anyway, all the dishes were far beyond my imagination.
