Tonight I had Japanese food for the first time in a while.
Asai Otomi
This is Kanuta's shop on the second floor of the building.
There are 3 types of courses available (reservation required)
Tonight, the popular No. 1 in the middle -Kinoto-
The menu is detailed
First of all, it's soba noodles. It's cold and delicious.
Appetizers include mackerel sushi, sweet shrimp, sea rat intestine tofu, and mushrooms, full of seasonal flavors.
The bowl is chrysanthemum soup with matsutake mushrooms, cutlassfish, and dried bonito flakes.
I forgot to take a picture of the sashimi, but the taste changes with each bite.
The bean paste is delicious with abalone, conger eel, and thick nameko mushrooms.
The grilled dishes are wagyu beef and conger eel.
The meal was saury fish rice cooked in an iron pot, an old specialty of our family.
Luxurious with pickled yolk, red dashi saury fish rice, and matsutake mushrooms
This place seems to serve soba at the end. It's simple and delicious.
Dessert is also luxurious shaved ice
We had a relaxing time.
I'll come back later
