Stylish place inside on of the Toranomon Hills buildings. They have seats around the counter and a few tables. So if you are at the counter, you can see how everything is done, which is cool.
I ordered a french toast with a blue cheese sauce. It was tasty. But for me personally there was too much of a honey on the plate, and the toast was too soft. I would prefer it to have some crisp to it, so there would be more texture to the whole dish. The sharbet was really good, but just a chef warned, the alcohol in it was pretty strong.
I do not regret having this toast, but I want to come back for the chestnut and coffee parfait. I saw how it was made and it was apiece of art.

Great dessert place. We sat at the counter so we could see the chefs preparing the desserts in front of us. I actually love it to see all the layers they were building. One tiny feedback, if the chefs were more friendly, the experience would have been perfect. Overall, delicious desserts.
