A woman was serving customers.
I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews, but the customer service was courteous.
Are you sure that's the pastry chef in the back? seemed to have a difficult atmosphere (I didn't talk to them so this is a one-sided bias)
If you go shopping normally, you probably won't be warned.
If you think about it, it's strange to see customers putting things in showcases like the ones in the low reviews.
I think it's a strange customer to leave children playing.
Strange customers only write things that are convenient for them in their reviews.
Lately, I've seen shops selling cakes in the 700 yen range.
It's a reasonable price compared to that.
Everything was delicious and I thought it was a good restaurant.

[For those who want to eat carefully selected cakes and French sweets]

I don't know if the other people's harsh reviews are true or not, but the one female clerk never left the customer service, so I didn't get a bad impression.
(It is true that there are clauses that prohibit taking pictures inside the store and that you should take it home outside of one hour.)

I think the cake is delicious!
I think it's easy to make a difference depending on the material and the craftsman, such as shortcake, but I don't think you can achieve the lightness of cream or sponge cake.
However, the quality of convenience store sweets and other items has increased compared to their prices, so I guess it all comes down to personal preference.
If you have a sweet tooth, don't just read the reviews, try checking it out with your own eyes and taste.

The combination of chocolate and the richness of the mousse have a dignified flavor that is unique to Yuiga. However, even if you are a regular customer, there are times when you get fed up of being served a lot of crap. It's natural for first-timers to find it unpleasant, but once you get used to it, it's a delicious adult cake, so you can relax.
