Aux Amis Des Vins Review Summary

Was really delicious. Went for the B course - you get a choice of dessert with this course @3300 yen.

Appetisers were delicious, followed by a lovely cold cream of roast corn soup and a main dish followed by dessert and a coffee.

Highly recommended.

Menu do not have english,when ask staff translate,he show impatient.
Beef not recommended, even i upgrade still below average.
Definately won't visit again.

Wonderful lunch at this place. They change their lunch menu daily and today was Provence-style roast chicken leg with tomato sauce. Came with a lovely starter of vegetables and seafood and a coffee for 1320. They have an Autumn French food fair menu coming up during September which I will return for.

We were exploring the menu outside when a waiter appeared and said that there is only a course menu to be ordered, perhaps suggesting it was not suitable to us. He then quickly disappered without asking if that was fine or saying anything else. We thought that course menu was perfectly suitable and proceeded waiting expecting to be invited to the table which there were plenty of outside. A young couple meanwhile walked into the restaurant past us. After waiting a bit more we walked in as well and stopped at the entrance expecting a service. Another waiter grimaced at us, showed us a blocking hand and then pushed us aside impolitely while serving the couple that jumped the queue and were in front. Needless to say we are very thankful to the rude staff who allowed us to have a fantastic meal elsewhere!
