Aux Délices De Dodine Review Summary

Such a lovely restaurant and one of the best place we dined in Tokyo. Every dish was beautifully plated and so flavorful. Probably the most mispriced restaurant in terms of how affordable it was for such amazing quality dishes. Portion sizes for the mains are very generous. The chicken liver parfait appetizer is a must try.

My only critique is that if you try to book for more than 2 persons, you'll be forced to choose the set menu with no substitutions. The ala carte menu is far superior!

One of the best French lunch I ate since a long time !
Salad was good🥗 , the stew was pretty tasty and in quantity, and the crème brûlée was great to finish the lunch 🍮

Once you step in the restaurant, you'll smell a victory for your dinner that day.
They have various kinds of dishes, and each dishes are relatively bigger than you expect.
Better get there when you are hungry and with somebody, 3-4 people.
But of course, you can use here for a light date. Cause the taste is promised.

One of the Bib Gourmand restaurants. Tastes good, but didn't meet my expectation. Lunch costs 1000 yen. You have 3 choices of main. Chicken Katsuretsu is just okay.

Very candidly I would I was greatly disappointed by this restaurant. Their mindset/service to me resonated 0% with Japanese hospitality.
Creating a false hype around a place of exclusivity to attract popularity is a very bad business mindset. You might have great Dinner time experience because in Japan everyone knows that dinner are expensive and good quality however lunch in business district is good quality and reasonably priced. Serving a good lunch shows value of your service!

Initial 2 times I went around 12:30 and either there was a line or food finished at 1pm by the time my number came- OK no problem.

Last week I went at 11:20 stood in line for 30 mins happily and was excited to get in around 11:50 ish. I was astonished when they said in the menu of 3 items already 2 are over.
Now I questioned them that you open at 11 and in 40mins your main dish is finished. Is that a joke given its unlike a ramen store where many people eat quickly!!! This is a french restaurant so ideally few people have come in only and this means you advertise a false hype to win customers by deliberately making extremely less given you are serving at a low cost.

This is something when I shared around Otemachi area colleagues they mentioned as well and I was quite shocked to see the google reviews where no pointed such basic customer satisfaction points.

I strongly request the management of this restaurant to look into this issue.
