At first, from the name of the restaurant, I wonder if it is a restaurant that serves meat in chunks? That's what I thought, but it was completely different lol

The food was hearty yet delicate, and each dish had a strong flavor.
All of them leave a good impression, but am I the only one who can't help but remember school lunch when it comes to the beans and rice at the end? lol (it was delicious)

It seems like the restaurant treats its regular customers very favorably, and it just so happened that on this day, the only other regulars were us, so it was very lively.
They were serving a special menu only for regular customers, but the owner politely informed us that this was a special menu only for regular customers.

Some people may dislike regular patronage, but regular patronage is a natural thing to do, and it's a very natural idea to offer a little service to customers who are close to you, use your business a lot, and contribute to sales. I had a good impression.

And for some reason, the fried chicken that was not part of the course came out as an all-you-can-eat option, and I was very happy.
(Probably not usually)

I might have been a little dissatisfied with the fried chicken if it was only regulars lol.

I went to a new kaiseki restaurant that is rumored to have delicious seafood and rice.

All dishes include grilled Koshihikari-raised mallard duck from Niigata and soup, Oma tuna that has no strings and melts on your tongue, spring rolls of cod with truffles, sea bream wrapped in sea urchin wrapped in kelp, and more. It had a gentle taste full of nutrition, and the chef's delicate handiwork and thoughtfulness shined through.

We finish off with a triple bowl of rice (today we have Sakura Shrimp Rice, Smoked Salmon Harasu Flakes Rice, and the famous pork bowl), which are also so delicious that you have to ask for refills!

The menu changes every month. It was a wonderful restaurant full of hospitality, where you could bring your children and feel free to come and make a noise if you rented it out.
If you are looking for a delicious and relaxing Japanese restaurant, we highly recommend it. Early reservation is recommended 😁

The price was also higher than I expected, probably because it was a course price that included service charge and consumption tax, which is common in Japanese restaurants these days.

Matsutake mushrooms and shrimp potatoes appeared as seasonal patterns.
The pork bowl and minced meat rice were good at the end of the meal, and the chocolate ice cream for dessert was delicious.
