I stumbled upon this charming little bakery while exploring Kyoto. The quality of their baked goods is simply amazing. By lunchtime, they might be nearly sold out, so I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!

Neighborhood bakery run by an old couple. Good selection, and they all look fabulous. Tastes pretty good too, healthier than the ones from the konbini (convenience stores). A bit more expensive than konbini of course, the difference depending on the bread, but worth it.
