Balcon Tokyo Review Summary

I visited Balcon Tokyo in June and absolutely loved their truffle pasta—it was delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal. However, we were seated outside under the sun, and with the summer heat at its peak, it was quite uncomfortable. I would recommend trying to get a shaded spot or sitting indoors during hot weather. Despite the heat, the food was good.

I reserved for lunch yesterday and ordered A course for me and my friend. The food was pretty good, staff is friendly, ambience is cozy. But they're taking more than 30mins for each food, especially the main course i was waiting a bit more longer.

We had a lunch course on the balcony seat.
Food was great, fancy atmosphere.

However, the service was disappointing despite these factors. Due to lack of staff or unprofessional operation, we will reconsider to revisit. Each dish was served after an average of about 20 minutes. And even main dish was served separately (5-10min later the last dish showed up).
Ofc, it was very hard to order drinks, make a payment, refill water and so forth. No staff nearby never.
Maybe course is not a thing here.

I usually feel terribly sorry for pressing the bell button but there was no other way at this restaurant.
Additionally, beverage menu is quite pricey and not worth to ordering.

Good set breakfast menu. I’ve enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and my partner likes the Japanese breakfast set.

Service is fine. Beautiful views of Roppongi.

Rooftop hotel bar located within Mitsui Garden Hotel. Elegantly decorated, nice selection of drinks.
