It's finally getting cold in Kyoto. But I'm glad I finally went to Mr. Kyoto Akki during the day when it was open. It's very cold here in the winter, so it's a good idea to bring plenty of clothes.
I ordered extra super black meat and extra green onions.
The soft chashu pork has sweet fat, and the combination of the sweetness and saltiness of the soy sauce makes it very delicious.
The noodles were medium thick and had a nice texture, and the ramen had a great balance between the umami and spiciness of the green onions.
It's going to be a cold season, but please take care of your health and do your best!

■Super black backfat soy sauce ramen (average) 950 yen + fried rice 650 yen

Banraya, which was once closed, reopened in October near Ishida Station in Fushimi Ward🎊

This time, it's a simple store with lots of homemade food, and there's space for about 6 people to stand and eat.

There is a gravel space in front of the store, and it seems like one car can be parked there, but it's unclear if it's a parking lot.

The only noodle menu for lunch seems to be ``Super Black Soy Sauce''.

㈫㈭It seems I either forgot to take a photo of the lunch menu or deleted it by mistake, so I checked the price from the menu photo posted in Yocchan's Papa's Tabelog.

Items such as menko are marked with a ✕, and items with unusual tastes such as grated garlic and pepper, as well as chopsticks and astragalus, are placed around the tableware return slot.

At Banrai-ya, I would like to have more meat to make it look more impressive, but I also want to eat ``Yakimeshi''~🀔

There is no half-fried rice set, so the chashu noodles (with extra meat) and fried rice are too much...

I was really confused, but this time I ordered ramen and fried rice!

The ramen comes with a large piece of pork belly and is soft and delicious♪🍜

I think the char siu at Banrai-ya used Ude meat, but it seems like it's belly meat for lunch and Ude meat for dinner...maybe 😅

The soup was thick and crisp with thin straight noodles, and contrary to its dark appearance, the soup was a bit weak and tasted weak when combined with the noodles.

After I finished eating, I realized that I had forgotten to use grated garlic.

It's definitely better if you add it...

The ``yakimeshi'' was moist and had a strong, strong flavor that was quite delicious.

Maybe it was just a coincidence that the soup wasn't very rich.Next time, I would like to try adding more meat.
