I’d recommend the Tsukemon over their tan tan men. It also seemed to have more meat. Gyoza was pretty juicy inside as well

Noodles are handmade and the broth is very rich. Service is friendly, quick with no frills. The gyoza they serve is a lot thicker and larger then your regular one so do be careful as it will fill you up. English and Chinese menus are available upon request.

Wow, nice to see how the noodles is handmade by the cooks! Forming the dough, kneading, pulling it apart and create strings out of it. After seeing this I had to try it. When you see it made, you experience a different taste, although it just taste like noodles :) Good bowl full though, so I am a happy man. I had the Cha-syu-men with roasted pork on the top.
