Very small and cozy... the organic salad is the best salad I’ve ever had. Believe it or not the some leaves were naturally spicy... serves w very good olive oil and balsamic.
Price is reasonable... super worth a visit!!

I came for lunch and left a bit disappointed.
While the price for the lunch set is decent, several oddities stuck out.
- The service was below-average. The member of staff seemed put off and even frightened(?) by my question (in Japanese) if I could sit outside on the terrace seat. I was told there was no space even though there were empty tables and other customers outside. During the course of the meal, those tables remained empty, making it seem as though we were forced inside for the greater convenience of the server. Overall, the server spoke briskly and oddly, not professional at all.
- Secondly, portion sizes were a bit on the small side, especially for the price. The cold tea served was quite small and came towards the end of the meal without any questions to us as to when we would like it to arrive at the table

Great food but don't go if you are foreign. They charged us 50% more than what the menu said and it is likely due that we are English speakers. The server was in a heated exchange with the cook (probably owner too) before giving us the bill which was also suspicious. We were supposed to be billed 4000 but was billed 6000.

Anyways, besides that bad experience the food was great and the server was very nice. It has space righr in front of the kitchen so you can see the cook prepare the food or sit outside the resturant. I got the wagu steak and it was done perfectly though not the highest grade steak which makes sense based on the price. It was the equivalent to a choice grade you get in USA and it was a rib eye cut.

A chef and two waitresses- I asked for additional seafood on my salad - no problem .
Liver steak - just about the hardest thing to get right - cooked to perfection . Wine selection ideally suited to the meal - all in all a first class bistro tucked away in the basement
If I were in Tokyo again I would definitely return here - great service , great food

French food with Japanese style, wine is good
