Nice restaurant. But pricey. The 500 yen entry or table charge was unexpected. The lamb was good. So was the garlic bread.

Decent Belgian beer restaurant on the 4th floor. A decent option if you're looking for some Western European food during peak lunch time in the area. A lot of the other restaurants had long lines and waiting times, we were able to be seated here immediately.
Service was fast and friendly. They have English menus as well. Portions are also reasonable for the lunch prices.

This place is gorgeous Belgium restaurant. They have various Belgium beer! I like their Tapas to have with beers. The prices for beer is a little bit expensive but the foods are. Or too expensive. They have a cafe menu after lunch. I had a Belgium waffle, it was very delicious! They served with whipped cream and ice creams on waffle. They heated it for good temperature so very delicious!!! We can relax with good coffee there! I will come to enjoy back for sure!!

We went here during lunch time. Food was very taste and definitely tastes authentic. The sauces and dressing used definitely remind me of Belgian cuisine. Bread was well baked and real butter provided. (which is surprisingly rare in Japan)
However I'm rating it 3 stars for service issues. We were only two people and our dishes came 15 min apart. 15min!? That's quite unacceptable at a quality restaurant, especially during lunch time in Tokyo where people have very limited time to enjoy a meal together. Fries and roast beef get stale quickly if not eaten shortly after being served.
Second strike is for being charged for a side of mayonaisse. Let me tell u guys, as a Belgian national: a meat/fries/salad dish ALWAYS comes with complimentary mayo. Mayonaisse and fries is a Belgian's right, not a privilege! :)
Obviously not a big deal but if you're going to be the only restaurant chain to represent a country's authentic cuisine in Tokyo those tips can help.
Overall the food was very enjoyable and will definitely check out the other branches around Tokyo which are named after various Belgian cities.
Thanks!
