We went to this restaurant to taste the real meat with skilled hands and as a result of the advertisement we saw from Australia on YouTube.

Unfortunately, the meat served to us was charred meat and tasted bitter due to the stupidity of the cook

The meat had no taste at all.

Although it was charred, it was tough and needed a very sharp knife to cut it.

It was like a piece of plastic that was difficult to chew.

No sauce was served with it.

The price was high in the sky
for what was served to us.

We wished to eat Gyudon for 1,500 yen,
which was much better than what
we paid 31,000 yen and ate a piece of charcoal.

The money you pay here is only for the prestige of the restaurant and not for the quality of the food.

Beware of wasting your money in this restaurant.

Because it is really a garbage restaurant.

We just had an amazing dining experience. I was initially considering canceling my reservation after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to go ahead to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our original reservation was for 7:30 PM, but we arrived early around 6 PM, and the service was prompt and welcoming. We were seated in a quiet corner, and the interior and atmosphere were exactly what I had hoped for.

We were fortunate to have the manager, Kubota-san, serve us throughout the meal. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and spoke good English, so ordering was a breeze.

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I are big eaters, but the steak for two, along with two sides and an appetizer, ended up being too much for us. I would recommend skipping the sides or opting for a vegetable side to cleanse your palate.

Overall, the service was top-notch. I loved the entire experience, and a special thanks to Kubota-san for making it so memorable!

Been on a steak craving this month and have gone to a few of the regular steakhouses famous in the US. But a friend suggested I try Benjamin's! I was extremely impressed! The calamari is great, and what I would expect from good US/Italian places and hit another craving I didn't know I had. Lobster Mac&cheese, yum! French Onion soup was also flavored right, meaning not too salty, but enough to go well with the cheese on top. But the star of the show is the steak. Very surprised at how soft and how TASTY it was. More so than the other places I went to. The flavor from the aging was excellent and more pronounced. All my opinions only but I will be giving Benjamin's a more thorough visit when I crave steaks!! Will have to try the rib eye next time ;)

Been to a lot of expensive restaurants in Tokyo, but hands down this has to be the best service that I ever had.

Everything was wonderful, and savory. Excellent dinner, will definitely return

This will be a robust meal. The beef is clearly selected and prepared with a great deal of care. I think the service was excellent, we had a very well spoken Naoya (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) share his preferences and advised us on what thought would be a good meal for us.
The dining area is great, there is a fun “spot the famous person” game to played coming down the stairs.
But I can’t give it full marks overall cuz it is pricy.
