Bistro Confl Review Summary

Excellent new French cuisine! Everything the staff prepared was incredible! Excellent use of ingredients and really good wine pairing. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Super coat and comfortable atmosphere. One of the best almost fine dining (but still kind of casual) experiences in Tokyo!

Perfection… Not gonna lie. Veggies, fish and meat. Every dish was absolutely delicious. And a chef put something that make them even more ingenious. Must-try.

Nice relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Small but thoughtful menu with a nice wine selection. I enjoy sitting at the counter with my wife.
