I visited Bistro Gallo, which I happened to find on Google Maps, for dinner with a friend I hadn't seen in a while.
For the drink, I had the Dekopon Sour, which had a refreshing aroma and just the right amount of sweetness.
Due to budget constraints, I only ordered small portions of everything from appetizers to main meats, but the staff was very considerate and provided portions for each person.
When the food came out, each dish was so elaborate that I couldn't find any words other than "delicious"...🫢✨
When you eat the salmon carpaccio with the pea sauce, the rich flavor spreads in your mouth, and even though the meat is so thick, it cuts neatly with a knife and falls apart when you put it in your mouth. It was so delicious that I felt like it was a waste to eat the last two bites of each dish, and I was conflicted because I wanted to eat it but I didn't want to because it would run out🤣LOL
It's been a while since I visited Kobe, and I couldn't help but be so happy that I was able to discover such a delicious restaurant, and I'm talking about wanting to come back with my boyfriend for our anniversary ☺️✨
I would like to try different dishes the next time I visit 💓
