It's a nice bistro. Very small and cozy. Food was good but the portion was very small. Since I love sea urchin, their sea urchin menu was great to me but unfortunately, there is a large shell of sea urchin mixed in. I'm glad I didn't bite into it.

Second visit to a shop I had bookmarked for a while 🍷
It is famous for its sea urchin dishes, but since I was full that day, I decided to use it like a wine bar.
We ordered a cheese platter and dessert, and also had two glasses of wine each.
As for the cheese, the homemade ricotta cheese was milky and delicious. Personally, I prefer the blue cheese to have more punch.
The cheesecake was really delicious!
In contrast to the rich cheesecake, the cream that comes with it has a light and milky taste. You can enjoy the cheesecake as it is, or with cream, salt, and other flavors.
Adding salt goes well with wine.
According to my research, restaurants with delicious desserts also have delicious food, so I'd like to visit that first restaurant next time ☺️
The inside of the store is quite compact, and the staff seemed friendly, so it might be quite lively during the early hours.
It's open from 4:00 pm, so it looks like it could be used for any purpose, including the 0th party, 1st party, and 2nd party! Private room available

Absolute bliss! Spilling sea urchin blancmange. Rich yet reasonable with all-you-can-drink included
This is a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for about 10 years.
This bistro has a sea urchin theme, and its specialty is sea urchin blancmange. I found a reasonably priced all-you-can-drink course including wine for 8,000 yen, so I used it for a year-end party.
The inside of the restaurant looks small at first glance, but there are tables in the back that can accommodate a large number of people.
All-you-can-drink is generous with a 150-minute last order! Cheers with beer and start the course!

...Changed to a spilling sea urchin with a 1500 yen upcharge! As the name suggests, the sea urchin and consommé jelly are sparkling and beautiful...♡
First, we had the spilled sea urchin, and the slightly bitter jelly and melt-in-the-mouth texture was truly bliss. Moreover, the body is large, so it is very satisfying. Is blancmange sea urchin and cheese? The combination of these flavors makes it so delicious that you will be in agony!
This is a dish that you definitely want to upgrade.

...It was just a normal salad! Bistro-like olive and sour dressing.
⬛︎Burihira carpaccio
...A fish that is a combination of a rare yellowtail and a Japanese yellowtail. The fillet is a combination of white and red meat, which is unusual, but it tasted similar to sea bream as a quick snack.
⬛︎Liver paste of young chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture
...It's different from the liver paste I imagined!
It has a light and fluffy texture and is topped with crushed chocolate and drizzled with honey. The bittersweetness of the liver and chocolate is the perfect match for the sweetness of the honey.

...They would normally have an assortment of raw ham here, but they couldn't prepare it that day, so they changed it to fries. Crispy on the outside, fluffy and delicious on the inside! My friends also liked it. I think they are frying potatoes that have been steamed and mashed.

...It was a sweet tomato-based pasta. It is richer and less sour than regular tomato sauce. Just the right amount to share between 3 people.

There are many types of wine, so you won't think it's all-you-can-drink. There were cocktails using wine, and since it was the winter solstice, there was a special yuzu sour. Probably homemade pickled by the owner. The plum wine was also homemade.
And orders can be placed up to 150 minutes. Usually it's 90 minutes, but it's 120 minutes at most, so I'm happy about this. I was able to drink slowly to my heart's content.
If this costs 8,000 yen (9,500 yen for the close-up of Blancmange), I'm very satisfied. Anyway, it was a good drink!
