Bistro Mikami Review Summary

Cozy small French-style restaurant. The English menu is quite short compared to the extensive Japanese menu on the chalk board; if you can read French, the Japanese menu is actually translated on paper (the owner or manager lady speaks pretty good French).
There are a lot of traditional dishes on the menu, mostly meat-based, which I haven't tried. I stayed with fish appetizers, as well as for the main meal. Not sure of the fish name as the Japanese name translation doesn't make much sense, but it was a type of bass, both carpaccio and meuniere. Also had the tuna carpaccio.
All in all pretty good, with a definitive Japanese flair to it.
Also a great wine list.

Every time I passed by the store, it was always crowded and I was curious about it, so I was finally able to visit it.

A French bistro loved by locals.
The two of us ordered the following. Honestly, I could still eat it, but it took a long time to be served, so I gave up.

・Botan shrimp tartare ¥1,400
・Kuruma prawn cream croquette ¥1,200
・Caesar salad ¥850
・Crab meat pasta ¥2,800
・Gratin?
・Lamb meat hamburger ¥1,400

Located between Nakameguro and Meguro, it feels a little far away if you walk.
Specialty? The large menu blackboard is quite difficult to read. There are many menu items, so it's a good idea to think about what you want to eat.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of regular customers, older people, and many lovely couples. I was a little careful.

All the dishes were very delicious and I can see why they are so popular.
