Bistro Q Review Summary

The food was nothing special, extremely overpriced compared to nearby dine in options.
The menu didn't include the tax in the price, and it said nothing about table charge.
There was another mystery charge for us, something along the lines of kitchen services.
The table charge the 3 of us had was 3000¥.
In total, we paid over 5000¥ for extra charges that were not mentioned anywhere previously. This is the first restaurant where we have experienced this.
Do not recommend to foreigners. There is definitely a gaijin price.
Also, the price range outlined for this restaurant is still somehow 1000¥-2000¥ even though they don't have meal options in that price range.
