This restaurant was founded by a chef who used to work at Shinsen's popular izakaya Potsura Potsura and an owner who worked in apparel. By the way, iro, which is within a minute's walk, is a sister store.

I made a reservation and visited at 8pm on a weekday. The woody interior has 11 counter seats and one four-seater table, giving it a calm and open atmosphere for adults. The customer base is stable, and there are many cool couples in their 20s to 40s, couples, and girls, so there are no people who make a fuss.

The towel has a herbal tea scent. There is also a relaxing background music like Lofi.
◆A la carte
★Ufumayo with Chinese ink mayonnaise
★Tataki Wagyu Beef, Coriander and Watercress Salad with Oriental Sauce
★nou boiled gyoza
★Kochi prefecture Shimanto beef roast
★Conger eel and Manganji earthenware pot rice

From start to finish, you will feel very satisfied after the meal. All the dishes I ordered were of a high standard and delicious. In addition, the customer service is also very polite. When I was worried about ordering (food/wine), I consulted with them and they kindly answered my questions. Overall, the food has a homely atmosphere and is delicious, but not too expensive.

It was an attractive shop that seemed to have all the elements that women love. It can also be used to celebrate a friend's birthday, anniversary, or as a monthly reward. We would be very happy if couples or friends with several years of working experience brought us to our restaurant. I would be very happy if it were me. Mechanko recommended! I will come again in a different season. Thank you for the meal.

A prefabricated hut suddenly appeared in Nakameguro.
I never expected this to be a stylish bistro...

The name of the shop is nou.

When you go up the stairs, you'll find yourself in a warm and welcoming space.
There are 11 seats at the counter where you can enjoy conversation with the chef.

The cutlery is also cute and I like it. The atmosphere is somewhat relaxing.

We have a selection of natural wines.

On this day, I ordered a course for 8,000 yen.
The first plate consists of 4 appetizers.
Pickled white fish, cabbage in shellfish soup, fried Mexicali, and pickled rock mozuku.
Everything is carefully prepared and delicious, making it the perfect accompaniment to alcohol.

Next up is the specialty boiled dumplings.

Juicy and flavorful gyoza made with Hayashi SPF. It has a chewy texture and is satisfying to eat.
It's so delicious that you'll want to drink the entire soup.

The colorful dish is topped with dandelion leaves, mustard greens, cheese, and strawberries.

The richness of the cheese and the sourness of the prosciutto and strawberries made for an exquisitely balanced dish.

The fried dish is a crispy dish of tofu wrapped in gyoja garlic and cutlassfish.

The light, crispy batter and melt-in-your-mouth cutlassfish are a nice accent with the garlic.
An exquisite dish that goes perfectly with alcohol.

The main meat is a hamburger steak.

A hamburger steak with a fun texture made from coarsely ground Shimanto beef.
Accompanied by it is a flaky roasted turnip. The gentle sweetness is delicious.

The succulent meat juices are mixed with black garlic and red wine sauce.

The earthenware pot rice to finish is firefly squid and fava beans.

The bittersweet firefly squid liver and fava beans with the perfect amount of salt can't be anything but delicious...

Takikomi rice with flavor soaked into each grain of rice.

The final dessert was a stable cheesecake. It's simple, but just because it's simple, it's delicious.

The food is new, yet delicious.
If it's too innovative, it won't stick in my mind, but everything about this dish was just right.
It was a great satisfaction.

I would like to come and hang out again, even by myself.
Thank you for the meal!

It's often crowded, so reservations are best. Since the focus is on wine, the menu includes many snacks.
Ufumayo/raw oysters/boiled dumplings/tataki and watercress salad/assorted cheese/firefly squid rice/cheesecake
All of the dishes are hearty and filling. Some things take a long time, but you can spend that time drinking wine and relaxing. Boiled dumplings are the specialty here. She uses homemade paitan soup and Hayashi SPF. The flavor is so good that you can even drink the soup. For rice, have firefly squid. I'm glad it has a seasonal feel.
A restaurant with many uses, from small meals to main drinks. recommendation.

I used it to meet a friend I hadn't seen in a while.
Each dish was a delight with every bite. As for alcohol, I ordered a red wine pairing, and they were all delicious and had a deep selection. I would love to visit you again.
thank you very much.
