The food here is amazing! Perfect location hidden in Shibuya with a great atmosphere that is cozy and congenial. The French toast was the best I’ve had in my life, it melts in your mouth. My friends and I came back twice & tried several items from the menu and each was spectacular. The saying “I’d kiss the cook” isn’t enough here, you will want to marry her! 5 star! A must do if in Tokyo.

Lost at the end of a short alley lays this quaint and exquisite bistro, just a couple minutes's walk from Shibuya Scramble (2 blocks from The Millennials).

There are four 4-top tables and a modest counter that overlooks a tiny but quite effective kitchen and prep counter where you can see the chefs in action (both of whom are obviously classically trained and well on top of their game).

The particular attention to detail on the dishes seems more befitting of a grand hotel kitchen than a hidden eatery in the back streets of Shibuya, but heck...where would that most be extraordinary but in the back streets of Shibuya?

There were fennel seeds gently sprinkled on my open-faced avocado ham sandwich, with little sprigs of dill delicately dancing on top of the fluffy and ooey pillows of egg curds. The bread was even spread with a layer of egg wash before the rest of the fresh ingredients were stacked layer by layer, such that you would get the taste of scrambled eggs whether you ate the sandwich from top to bottom or bottom up. What a pleasant surprise, if you're into that kind of detail.

The bread is homemade, the ham is homemade, the ginger ale is homemade! I wouldn't doubt if they harvested their own eggs from chickens they raise privately (but perhaps that's just imagination running me wild).

Can't wait to try the dinner menu here very soon.

Needless to say, Bistro Rojiura is a flash bang in the sea of lights that is Shibuya. Blink and you'll miss it. But if you find it.....well, ka-pow!

Super cute and trendy cafe with open kitchen and lovely staff

English was spoken well and the menu had many delicious breakfast foods!

Home-made gingerale and kombucha with their perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs on avocado toast.
I had the French toast and bacon, which was quite wet but still very delicious

I have had my fair share of french toasts around the world, and I gotta say this one knocked it out of the park. Great cozy place in Shibuya with super chill atmosphere. I was particularly fond of the indie music playing in the background.

This was such a great find, and was a highlight breakfast spot on our trip to Japan! Tucked away from plain sight this place was incredible and the French toast was 10/10 and had a great Sweet and savoury flavour.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Look forward to coming back here again when we return to Japan!
