Bistro Sablier Review Summary

Wonderful excellent inventive cuisine, like Grant Achatz’ style Alinea which I have dined at. Go if you can. Excellent wine as well.

Lunch set is reasonably priced for its quality. If you are having a early lunch, do not need to book in advance.

This bistro is attached to a fruit shop, and each course meal incorporates fruit as an ingredient. Both fish and meat dishes are very delicious when cooked to make the most of the ingredients, and the refreshing toppings such as the sourness and sweetness of fruits are added.

Used for lunch. Bistro lunch 1500 yen.
We chose the classic domestic beef tendon bistro-style omelet.
Homemade rye bread, homemade dessert, coffee, and today's potage.
This day it was peach. delicious!
Since it was a business lunch, I couldn't really relax, but it lasted just over an hour.
It was delicious.
The seats next to me are so close that I would actually be happy if they were a little further apart.

The 1,500 yen bistro lunch is good value for money and very delicious.
It's a bistro run by a fruit shop, and fruits seem to be used in the dishes.
