I went to the store with a friend and made a reservation as soon as it opened on a weekday.
Customers with reservations seemed to come at different times, so it wasn't crowded.

Lunch course is 4,800 yen, beef curry (+ 300 yen), appetizer changed to foie gras (+ 500 yen), 2 glasses of wine (900 yen each, about 1,000 yen), about 7,000 yen per person.
I was nervous because there were so many reviews about customer service, but they were very kind and I felt that the way the female staff took care of them was wonderful.

The wine is served according to the meal and taste, and the bottle is served on the table without me having to ask, and there are heaters placed in the bathroom and everywhere around the feet to keep your feet warm, which is unique to women. I was interested in your concern.

All of the dishes were delicious, and considering the price, I felt it was actually cheap.I was impressed by the time and effort put into each and every ingredient.

The inside of the store is small, so reservations are recommended, and it's easy to find since it's close to the station.
I would definitely like to visit again.

A hidden restaurant tucked away in a residential area of Musashi-Koyama.
The warm atmosphere of an old folk house is appealing.

Open for dinner only on Fridays and Saturdays
Since the owner/chef cooks alone, the food is served a little slowly.
That way, you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal with a drink.

    What I ordered
Organic arugula and Taishu persimmon salad 2,100 yen
Konbumori raw oysters Yuzu jelly 1200 yen
Milt kadaif roll with shiitake mushroom cream 3000 yen
Pasta with only Amakusa sinew topped with sea urchin 3300 yen
Beef tongue, taro, and tomato consommé 3,300 yen
    Lamb roti 3000 yen
    Basque cheesecake 900 yen

    What I particularly liked was
Milt kadaif roll, Amakusa sinew pasta topped with sea urchin, and beef tongue.

The pasta is generously topped with sea urchin, and you can enjoy its rich flavor.

The beef tongue was stewed to the point of being fluffy and soft, and eating it with the truffles and creamy taro was the best!

The milt was fluffy and rich, and it went perfectly with the crispy texture of the kadaif and was very delicious.

The restaurant was run by two people, the chef and the staff, and looked busy, but the staff seemed to be working hard and I wanted to support them.

All of the dishes were delicious and we had a wonderful time in a heartwarming space.

This restaurant is a must-visit for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I had Kashmiri curry at `Shokudo Bon Couleur'' in Musashikoyama. The combination of the roux with its rich spice aroma and the saffron rice is exquisite. The main dish, the pork confit, is tender and well-cooked with a fragrant surface.

In addition, the sweetness of the accompanying vegetables added a gentle accent to the spiciness, making the overall balance very good. We definitely recommend this dish for spice lovers, as well as the careful preparation of the ingredients. The calm atmosphere inside the restaurant was also appealing, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing meal. I would like to visit again. Next time I want to enjoy the marriage of wine and curry.

Made by a French female chef
A restaurant where you can eat carefully selected curry
    I went to [Bon Couleurs].

5 minutes walk from Musashi-Koyama Station.

The interior of the store, which is a renovated old folk house, offers a sophisticated space with a view of greenery from the large windows.
    It’s a hidden gem✨

The open kitchen was also attractive.

I was confused because there were 6 types of lunch curry.
We asked a beautiful chef to give us some recommendations.

    ♦Bimaclu fragrant chicken and seafood
    coconut spicy
    (I had less rice)

・Roux with plenty of domestically produced chicken phong
    Add mussels, oysters, and shrimp
The richness of coconut is added to the flavor of seafood.
It seems to be a smooth and gentle curry ☺️

Curry served on a large plate
In addition to seafood and chicken, corn and green beans
The color is beautiful with tomato and coriander on top✨

When you take one sip of the roux, the rich creamy taste of coconut spreads in your mouth and the spiciness hits your throat afterwards.
The tangy gap becomes a habit.
    It was a delicious curry✨

The large oysters and shrimp are plump.
    Mussels are also delicious
Adds the flavor of tender chicken to the curry
    I kept it mild.

    Turnips are melty and sweet
Green chili peppers are even more spicy
Gooya with a crispy texture tastes bitter afterwards.
The sweetness of the tomato and corn has increased.
I enjoyed a variety of textures and flavors in this one dish ✨

This is a curry that you can only taste here 😊

    ♦Homemade lassi

With a rich aroma similar to almond tofu
It's melty, sweet and sour, and very delicious✨

    I'm full!

Before I knew it, the store was full!!
    It's a popular store😊

The staff at the store are also very friendly.
    He was a pleasant person😊

Even if you were alone, you could enjoy your meal slowly.

    Curry for lunch
This is a restaurant where you can eat French cuisine for dinner.

    [Visited in August 2024]

The summer of 2024 will be scorching hot.
On the Obon holiday, I visited this place where I had been doing BM for some time to cheer myself up.
Although it is a French restaurant, the curry served at lunch was also said to be very delicious.

I arrived just after 11:30 when the restaurant opened for lunch, and was one of the first customers of the day.
There are 8 counter seats, 3 tables for 6 seats, and there is also a terrace.

I was guided to a spot in the middle of the counter.
I think it's a first class seat where you can clearly see the cooking process.

The inside of the restaurant looks like an old folk house, yet has a clean and modern atmosphere.
There was also a room in the back that looked like a wine cellar, which reminded me that this was a French restaurant.

Now, when I look at the lunch menu, as a curry,

・Bon Couleur special beef curry 1,800 yen
・Hub butter scented butter chicken curry 1,700 yen
    ・Pakistani chicken curry 1,500 yen
    ・(Today's curry) Asian keema w/cheese 1,700 yen
・Bean and tomato chili curry topped with cheese 1,400 yen
    ・Argobi cheese 1,500 yen

    etc. were lined up.
The lunch course, which comes with two appetizers, one main course, curry, and a drink, was priced at 4,500 yen.

    I also like Japanese pepper,
    ・(Today's curry) Asian keema w/cheese 1,700 yen
・Homemade amaretto fragrant lassi 500 yen
    I asked for it.
It seems that you can get a large size for free, but I would like a regular size.

There were three staff members, but all the cooking was done by one person.
However, it was expertly cooked, and my curry didn't wait too long to arrive.

The `Hoa Jao Fragrant Asian Keema'' that was brought to us was yellow rice with keema curry, and it looked gorgeous with lots of vegetables on top and scattered around.
As the name suggests, this curry had the scent of Japanese pepper.

If you keep the balance between rice and keema while eating, you will notice that the keema and sansho pepper have a good aroma, and in addition, the cheese is grilled to a nice melty texture.

The corn had a surprising presence both in texture and taste, and I enjoyed it, including its graininess.

A curry in which various ingredients come together to form a whole.
However, it feels more like eating them together than mixing them together.
It felt like a fun experience that was a little different from the Indian experience.

Also, the `Lassi'' after the meal is refreshing and leaves a lasting aftertaste.
This `Lassi'' was perfect for curry.

It seems like there are more and more restaurants serving delicious curry these days, but I really like this curry.
If it's at this level, I would like to try the evening and lunch courses next time.

It was a shop with a high level of satisfaction.
    Thank you for the meal.
