Borabora Review Summary

The pasta was great, I believe they make it themselves, and the sauce stuck to it very well and wasn't watery at all. Very tasty! The ajillo was also good and came to us sizzling.

I would not recommend their pizza however, as it is more like a thin cracker with a few toppings on it. I think they would be better off focusing on the pasta and removing it from the menu.

They had some nice wine based cocktails I don't usually see in Japan too, though only their house wine is available by the glass.

Despite being somewhat crowded they still served in reasonable time. Though it was a bit hot in there!

I really liked the portion sizes and how much variety you get on the menu!

Everything we ordered was delicious and made with love. Many drinks to choose from as well! My favourite was the Chicken with balsamic sauce and the creamy pasta!

There was only one unisex bathroom, which I usually am not a fan of, but it was very clean!
Easy access from the station as well.
Would recommend trying if you're in the area.

Visited for lunch.
From the entrance, it is surprisingly spacious.
The atmosphere of the store is friendly and relaxing without being too stylish.

The photo shows the monthly menu, eggplant spaghetti arrabiata (¥980) and salad (¥80).

The pasta is said to be fresh pasta, but I don't know what it is...that uniqueness doesn't make it very good. It has the texture of aged pasta with a sticky core and oily outside. I was disappointed because I expected it to be chewy and chewy. I don't know the details, but I think it probably needed a little more time to boil.

The staff are nice and the store has a nice atmosphere, so I would like to come back if I start hearing good reviews.
