I came here at lunch time and was served course for my birthday. The restaurant is a little small but it has good atmosphere. The staffs are gentle too, they explain all dishes' name and ingredients to me, but I wish they could speak a little louder because I hardly heard what they said.
The meal is great, except foie gras, or maybe I just don't get used to it's smell.
Good place to try French meal.

Take a walk down a small street in tachikawa and you'll find yourself a little piece of Paris. Beautiful dishes with phenomenal tastes. Quaint place to have brunch & lunch. Light, but filling meals. You can reserve ahead and do courses or even a la carte. Reservation is not needed, but I like to guarantee my stay.

The service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. We did the course meal with a glass of wine, and the truffled potage was incredible.

Pro:
The atmosphere is really like a brasserie in France
The cost for a lunch menu is affordable
Cons:
Service and waiters aren't good at all
Food is good but could be improved
The French translation is bad, you can easily understand it's made from someone who doesn't know french at all

The food was really good! The menu is a set menu for lunch on the weekend when I went. I liked the pace each dish was served. It was paired well with the seasonal ingredients! Must be able to read Japanese though. No English menu I could find or ask for. But this was no problem for me. Just an FYI.
