Finally authentic and hard!!! Bread. Was very happy to find this place and they also jave dinkelbread! Will buy my bread here from now on every trip to shibuya from yokohama where we dont have great european bakeries.
The staff is very friendly as well and they are true professionals. Hope they will open a bakery shop in Yokohama one day, they would have no competition there!

The bagels available only at the Shibuya store are delicious.
Other breads are also delicious.
However, it seems very expensive for its size. I wish it was a little cheaper.

The shop is located right at the entrance on weekday evenings. There was a wave of customers, and there was a fair amount of products.
The most popular hard fruit is 520 yen, the egg sandwich with shibazuke and dill is 480 yen with a strange balance of thick-sliced bread, and the quiche is 600 yen with the crunchy mushroom texture. The half bucket costs 240 yen, but it takes time, but it cuts beautifully. A bag costs 20 yen. I was impressed by how clean the display and product handling was.
