Very friendly staff and spoke english. My wife is pescatarian so they made our okonomiyaki and only added pork to half of it. Menu suggests one is enough for two but we managed a second, washed down by a Hoppy 😋

The place is tiny, open kitchen with a few tables on the side. On peak times, there must be a wait around here. Even when I went which was late dinner, I still had to wait outside which had a bench to wait conveniently at. The smell coming from the kitchen will definitely whet your appetite. It is my first time ever to try Okonomiyaki so I don't know what to expect. There is an English menu so no pressure for the non-Japanese speakers/readers. I ordered something with bacon and it was cooked to order, right in front of me which kinda also felt like a theater, but even better because you can eat the finished product! I was so hungry but the serving was very generous, I wasn't able to finish it despite it being very good! Definitely a good intro to Okonomiyaki and definitely not the last! The staff are polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Tonpeiyaki is incredible. Pork “pancake” with egg and scallions. Naturally gluten free.

Authentic meal and the place. My first time for okonomiyaki. This place is just 20 m from my service apartment. Always the long line waiting. Lucky, this evening seems there were 2 spot by the cooking station. So we grab the chance. Very enjoy with the food and atmosphere. We order the recommended dish- with rice cake ( mochi) and cheese , squid grilled with soy and kimchi.. love it. We will return again and try other menu ☺️.

Had my first experience with Okonomiyaki here, and it was as great as I was hoping it would be. While I couldn't understand the conversation happening between the chef and the customers, I could tell he loves what he does and has passion for it, and it shows in the food that he makes. I'm a pretty picky person, but tried the cheese okonomiyaki and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere at the restaurant is excellent, it feels like you're transported to a place in the countryside instead of the mega city that is Tokyo. Come try this place!
