I received a lunch course for a family member's birthday.
Soba has a texture unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The other dishes were also very delicious.
The service was attentive and I was able to enjoy my meal in a private room.
I would like to visit you again.

I found a signboard while strolling around a place where I thought I could have lunch.
A truffle soba set for 1,500 yen caught my eye.
Where is the shop? A noren curtain can be seen near the entrance of the building.
There is a system where you can choose the rice in the set, and I had 2 types of rice with truffle egg: rice with truffle egg and fried menjako rice. The soba noodles are also luxurious with lots of truffles. When you dip the soba noodles into the soup, you can really smell the truffle aroma.

A buckwheat kaiseki restaurant located in Building B1 of Ginza 1-chome (although the closest station is Takaracho Station) that opened in the summer of 2019. When you go down the stairs and open the door, you will find bright counter seats and three private rooms in the back, for a total of 26 seats. Both lunch and dinner are reservation-only courses, with lunch priced between 5,000 and 7,500 yen, and dinner between 5,000 and 12,500 yen (excluding tax and service charge). We have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, mainly Japanese sake and white wine.
The owner apparently trained at Tankuma, a famous restaurant in Kyoto, with the owner of Nihonbashi OIKAWA. Before opening the store, I visited many soba kaiseki restaurants in Tokyo, but found that all of the dishes were in the category of kaiseki cuisine.I wanted people to enjoy soba in more ways than one, so I decided to try out the ``soba flour kaiseki'' restaurant. ''It seems that he called himself. It's true that you can enjoy soba made in many different variations that you won't find anywhere else. Every dish in the course is delicious, with careful attention to ingredients and ingenuity in cooking. It's a store you'll want to visit every season.
Up until now, I had only had dinner, but this time I visited for lunch.
